Returns and Refund Policy

 

No one enjoys waiting for the package they've been thinking about the entire week, just to find out it wasn't what they expected. We apologise if our service isn't up to the standard you hoped for and completely understand your decision to refund/return your items. 30 Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
The item must be in good, usable condition
The product must not be heavily damaged, cut, or broken apart
Normal signs of use is accepted, but items that are excessively worn, altered, or contaminated (e.g. paint, strong chemicals, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns apply to the main purchased equipment only. Complimentary items included with your order (such as stickers, keychains, or other promotional items) do not need to be returned.


Faulty Products

If your item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Photos of the issue may be required to process the claim.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
